RUDRASAGAR CLUSTER
The Rudrasagar cluster comprises of 700 plus Artisans & approximately 60 SHGs supporting the strong work force. The Cluster is famous for Cane, Bamboo, water hyacinth and handloom.
This SCHEME attempts to reflect the many possibilities in New Design and Developments of a whole range of products that can address the local needs of our rural community, It is self-sustainable as it utilizes locally available raw material which is extensively available in Sivasagar district.
It encourages local entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities. It directs the potentials of locally available skills for meeting basic community needs.
In this project, the Participants,local villagers had one to one meeting with the Designers, Consultant and Merchandisers and was further trained in the following areas:-

•Design Innovation and Product Diversification
•Design Trend
•Fashion/Color Forecast in Product Development.
•Visual Merchandising

SYNTEIN CLUSTER
ADOPTED SYNTEIN CLUSTER, Mawsynram, is one of our most accomplished project because of the language barrier, weather conditions, network and road connectivity, despite of all the obstacles we together with our team connected with the artisans of Syntein village.
In a typical cluster like Syntein, such producers often belong to a traditional community, producing the long-established products for generations. Indeed, many artisan clusters are centuries old Artisan.
We provided them the opportunity to showcase their skill in a better platform.
